Orders can be placed by the following methods:

• Orders will be responded re availability within two business days, excluding Sunday, Monday and holidays.
• Processing on in stock orders is usually 1-4 days after responding, dependent on how busy our store is with local customers.
• Product NOT in our store will usually be special ordered, with delivery to us about 1 week unless marked otherwise on our website.
• Product is returnable**, as per our RETURN PAGE.
• CREDIT CARDS are processed when the goods have been prepped for shipping. A deposit is applied only against final sale orders.
• All information received (name/address/credit card, etc) remains in store only. We do not give out any information received, nor do we have a mailing list.

** Special orders on non-stocked product or sizes, or out of season product is usually final sale only, with the customer's consent prior to ordering.
